Discipline & Determination
"For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but
a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline."
2 Tim 1:7
Wow! What a powerful verse! How often we forget the spiritual gifts that God has given us. He has given us the power, through His Spirit, not to fear, but to love others and to be self-disciplined. If only we took this approach to life (and our businesses) each and every day.
If we rely on Him, we need not fear failure. We know that no matter what happens - success or failure - God will use it to make us more like Him. If we set our minds and hearts on Him and allow Him to teach us to become powerful, loving and self-disciplined people what a different world this would be.
So, if you are living in fear of failure, I challenge you to "tap into His power". Spend time with Him daily. Ask Him to help you discover how to live that life of power, love and self-discipline that He promises is possible.
"...in all these things we are more than conquerors
through him who loved us."
